As a factory-trained and certified roofer for GAF, Johns Manville, Carlisle, Firestone, Versico and Soprema, we are able to ensure your manufacturer’s warranty will not be in jeopardy when we perform repairs to your commercial roof system. Our crews will use the properly specified materials, and install them in compliance with manufacturer guidelines. If you provide us with your warranty information, we will also update the manufacturer and provide before-and-after photos of our work to ensure your roofing warranty file remains up to date with all repair information, as well as any added or removed equipment from required tenant improvements. If this is not done, you risk jeopardizing your factory warranty if you have a future issue.
