TPO
TPO has quickly become the most prevalent single ply membrane used within the Southeastern US Marketplace today. TPO has high weldability and good physical dynamic properties that allow it to fit in a multitude of acceptable building applications. TPO is a very cost effective solution as far as up front acquisition cost are concerned, although it may tend to have somewhat higher maintenance costs as the life-cycle moves forward. TPO can be purchased in a variety of thicknesses and also a smooth back finish, or fleece back, which has higher durability.

One of the best attributes of single ply is the speed in which it can be properly applied. Due to the fact that it is manufactured in rolls up to 12′ in width and 100′ in length, we can cover large roof areas quickly and efficiently. It is not uncommon on large open jobs to have a 10-man crew produce 12K – 15K square feet of roof area per day. This means your schedule can advance quickly and overall labor cost go down.
