Byron Rowsey

With over 30 years of experience in construction and operations management, Byron joined Latite Roofing in 2023 and now serves as General Manager for the company’s West Coast Florida operations. In this role, he oversees regional performance with a focus on efficiency, production, and team leadership.

As a Florida-licensed roofer and builder, Byron brings hands-on expertise across residential, commercial, and industrial construction. He has managed teams supporting both local and national builders, consistently improving processes to reduce waste and increase productivity.

Byron is a U.S. Army veteran and enjoys spending time with his wife, their children, grandchildren, and extended family. He is part of Latite Roofing’s leadership team, helping drive consistent execution and operational excellence across the region.
