Jeff Burks

Jeff has extensive experience creating revenue growth and reducing costs within various industries, including construction, technical, and industrial services. Since joining Latite in 2017, he has played a key role in strengthening operations and supporting the company’s continued growth. He has established, owned, operated, and directed small to large public and privately held companies.

His background includes project and program management within the utility sector, supporting companies specializing in fuel additives, performance optimization, and emissions monitoring across North America. Jeff previously served as President and Director of six subsidiary companies under Handex Environmental Resources, a publicly traded national environmental consulting and contracting firm serving major oil and chemical clients.

As Chief Operating Officer of a national roofing company, Jeff oversaw 35 offices and more than 2,600 employees, leading all aspects of field operations, project execution, risk management, asset management, and recruitment.

More recently, Jeff has focused on turnaround management and strategic consulting, helping organizations improve processes, strengthen financial performance, and position for long-term growth.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Earth Sciences from Eastern Connecticut State University and an MBA from CW Post University. He also served in the 82nd Airborne Division of the U.S. Army.
