Ryan Hurley

Ryan Hurley is a seasoned financial executive with a strong track record of driving operational excellence, profitability, and cash flow improvement across industrial services, construction, and manufacturing organizations. Ryan brings deep expertise in cash flow management, WIP/POC accounting, financial reporting, and ERP implementation. A skilled communicator and negotiator, he builds trusted relationships with boards, executive leadership, private equity partners, lenders, and key external stakeholders to support sustainable growth.

Prior to Latite, Ryan held leadership positions with privately held construction and manufacturing companies across the Southeastern United States.

Ryan is a University of Dayton graduate. He is an avid sports fan and loves to support his favorite teams in both college and professional sports. He loves to golf and continues in his pursuit of that elusive ace.
