Aaron Lee

Aaron Lee brings over two decades of experience in commercial and residential construction, reinforcing Latite Roofing’s long-standing reputation for operational excellence. Since joining the company in 2019 as a Project Manager, Aaron has played a key role in advancing field operations, earning his progression into the role of Director of Operations.

Prior to Latite, Aaron held leadership positions as both Superintendent and Project Manager with general contractors and developers across the United States and the Caribbean. His experience spans planned unit developments (PUDs), industrial and solar facilities, multi-family communities, single-family homes, and marine construction.

Known for his hands-on leadership and disciplined approach to execution, Aaron helps drive consistency, quality, and performance across Latite’s operations—supporting the company’s continued growth and 80+ year legacy.
