Jim Lessig

Jim Lessig brings a strong foundation in both commercial and residential roofing, with experience spanning operations, account management, and manufacturer representation. Raised in the roofing industry in the Washington, D.C./Maryland/Virginia region, he developed an early understanding of the trade that continues to inform his approach today.

Jim earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Clemson University and began his career in the D.C. area as a roofing contractor. After relocating to the Tampa Bay area in 2015, he joined Latite Roofing as a commercial account manager before serving as an independent manufacturer’s representative, working with leading industry brands including Firestone Building Products, Johns Manville, Metal-Era, and Georgia-Pacific. He rejoined Latite in 2022.

Jim brings a practical, solutions-oriented approach to roofing, with a strong understanding of the technical demands of Florida’s environment. He is an avid hunter and fisherman and enjoys spending time traveling with his family and following college football.
