Christopher Schnitzler

Christopher has 35 years of experience in roofing and construction, including operations and management of major companies throughout the Tampa Bay area. He began his career in the construction industry in 1987 with a large Florida general contractor, where he was promoted through the ranks to President of the company in 2003.

For the last 15 years, Christopher has worked in regional operations management for major general and roofing contractors, where he implemented and refined processes and improvements to each organization. In his most recent position prior to joining Latite, he developed and maintained high quality assurance standards, which increased both customer satisfaction and manufacturer ratings by 100%.

Christopher joined Latite in 2022 as a Construction Manager, and was quickly promoted to General Manager of the Tampa Branch.
